Meghan is a Rockford-area dance artist, teacher and choreographer. Meghan joined the Rockford Dance Company teaching faculty in 2012 where she took on the additional roles of Outreach Coordinator and School Coordinator from 2013-2016. In 2017, RDC commissioned Meghan to choreograph Anansi, an original full-length children’s ballet. Meghan has worked as a teaching artist for the Rockford Area Arts Council, Rockford Park District, and RPS205 and she has performed with the Grinnell College Dance Troupe, Rockford Dance Company, Without Shoes Modern Dance Company, and as a founding company member of Bad Wolf Dance Theatre. She is currently Co-Artistic Director of Without Shoes Modern Company alongside Maria Castello. In her spare time, she works as an individual artist in partnership with her sister, Caitlyn, specializing in site-specific choreography projects.
