Join the Active Division for classes to get moving and join a community! We offer fitness dance classes for adults age 55 and better, or those a part of the Silver Sneakers Program.

Whether you’re looking for a welcoming community or low stress ways to stay active and healthy, these classes are for you! These programs come with dedicated and caring teachers as well as many different dance and fitness activities.

Barre, Core & more

  • A dynamic, energizing, full body ballet inspired work out that includes: cardio, strength, core, stability, balance and flexibility.

  • Drop in fee of $5.00

  • Thursdays, 9:30-10:30am

Cardio Tap

  • *Starting January 14th

  • An exhilarating cardio and coordination work out with a tap lessons to fun modern music.

  • Drop in fee of $5.00

  • Tuesday, 9:30-10:30am AND Wednesdays, 9:30-10:30am

Adult Beginner Tap

  • *Starting January 14th

  • Beginner tap is a wonderful entry or reintroduction to dance for older adults who have little dance experience or who have not laced up their tap shoes in some time. Dancers will learn basic rhythmic tap skills, and terminology.

  • Drop in fee of $5.00

  • Tuesday 10:45 - 11:30am

Movitanz® Ballet for Seniors

  • This is the perfect class for dancers of all abilities who have the love of ballet in their hearts.

  • Drop in fee of $5.00

  • Tuesday 8:30 - 9:15am

BeMoved Dance Fitness

  • Do you love to dance, or have you always wanted to learn?  BeMoved Dance is the perfect place for you to express yourself, have fun, and improve your wellbeing. BeMoved Dance is a dance fitness program that offers 22 unique dance genres, from Bollywood to Broadway, to suit your mood and style.  In a full class, you will experience BeMoved's Warm-Up, Genre, and Cool-Down, leaving you balanced in mind, body and soul – feeling rejuvenated.

  • Drop in fee of $5.00

  • Thursday 8:30 - 9:15am

Registration information:
We’re happy to offer classes for active adults for a $5 drop-in rate. Class punch cards are available in varying amounts and can be ordered day of. These classes are FREE for Silver Sneakers members.
